Following rules apply for the chili cook-off in the FOOD SERVICES Division:

1)      Chili will be prepared from scratch and be available at the cook-off site by noon, the day of the Cook-off.

2)      Chili will be prepared in as sanitary manner as possible.

3)      Chili should be available for sampling by 12:00 NOON.

4)      Entries for the cook-off will be accepted on the day of the cook-off.

5)      Winners will be determined by judging/blind tasting. 

The entry fee of $50.00 will be waved if you provide a minimum of 3-gallons should be made available for public to sample prior to judging.

Awards will be given to the top three chili's in the Food Services Division.

The cook-off will be under the Sertoma Tent at Crystal River Mall.  Activities going on all day long include food and beverage booths, raffles, and live music, with the proceeds benefiting local charities.

Please enclose a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee (if applicable).
